HARDCORE-PUNK. WILD CHILD had such a raging demo that it should be pressed to wax and available to the masses. Thanks to a swift kick in the ass by Mammoth Sound Mastering this thing rips a lot harder and will melt yer record needle instead of clog up that old reel to reel cassette deck, cool. WILD CHILD plays unhinged hardcore-punk that may bring to mind sounds of "boston not la", but with an Los Abngeles vocal delivery ala Darby snarl.

Bei aller Feinheit und Komplexität geht WILD GIFT der Punk-Sprit nie verloren. „Lebe wild und lebe frei!“ ist hier die Devise.

HARDCORE. WILLFUL NEGLECT hailed from the East Side of St. Paul and released a "self titled" MLP in 1982 and the "justice for no one" MLP in 1983. Their style was fast aggressive hardcore with some high energy rock influence thrown in. Think of WHITE CROSS or early VERBAL ABUSE. This re-issue compiles both MLP's on one LP under license from the bands own label.

SINGER/SONGWRITER. This album is a confessional: a heartfelt outpouring of love and regret that’s so personal that it almost makes you feel like you’re prying just by listening. Fitzsimmons’ quiet voice, with its very accent and careful tone, softly delivers lyrics that are both elegant and - in the best way - simple. Fitzsimmons doesn’t waste his time with flowery verse or esoteric word-play: he speaks honestly, and the result is astonishing. The instrumentation is as understated as ever. For the most part, an acoustic guitar with very little else; the occasional quiet piano, banjo or glockenspiel, and the slight electronic edge that is Fitzsimmons’ trademark. POST-ROCK. Drawing on inspiration from Adam Curtis's highly acclaimed documentary series "the trap", the resulting new album is an overall darker and heavier offering that nevertheless maintains THE WINCHESTER CLUB’s trademark melodic drive. They still boasts its original and unique line with 2 bass players, 2 guitarists. Preferring to be seated on stage and accompanied by a backdrop of visuals, the sheer intensity and connection of their demanding shows convinced THE WINCHESTER CLUB that this new release should be recorded as a live album. "negative liberty" certainly demands the listeners attention. From the opening notes the music grabs you by the throat pushes you up against the wall and for the following hour resolutely refuses to let go.
