SXE-HARDCORE. Before GOOD CLEAN FUN even tried to tackle the straight-edge hardcore humor scene with open arms, this late '80s New Jersey band had the whole hardcore scene holding their bellies from laughing so hard. Originally released in 1989, this is a lovingly restored reissue. If you're a fan of YOUTH OF TODAY or eraly Revelation stuff in general, this is right in your league. HARDCORE. CRUCIFIX was a hardcore band originally from Berkeley, California. The band was started in 1980, fronted by Sothira Pheng, whose family had fled Cambodia when the Khmer Rouge took power. CRUCIFIX combines the political spirit of CONFLICT with the DISCHARGE school of music. Along with DISCHARGE "hear nothing", ANTISECT's "in darkness" and AMEBIX "monolith" this is one of the most important anarcho releases of the early '80s. Sothira's vocals are very powerful and unique for this style. Comes like the original with poster cover. This is an alltime classic!

HARDCORE. Full of just as many catchy, metallic riffs as mosh parts, "lock & key" is a heavy mix of influences like LEEWAY, early CRO-MAGS and MADBALL, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES. "lock & key" was recorded with producer Jay Maas (Verse, Bane, Defeater) and illustrates what CRUEL HAND is capable of both lyrically and musically - this is more than just a progression of their past material. HARDCORE. CRUISE MISSILES has been destroying ear drums around the Stuttgart area for a short time, before they broke-up in 2005. This posthum one-sided LP features 8 tracks. All out sonic bombardment of ultrafast and incredibly angry hardcore, old-school sound with nods to early Bay-Area stuff or Slap-a-Ham juggernauts. They only played a few live shows and when they broke up, they only had those kept recordings. CRUISE MISSILES played a perfect blend of styles while still being straight forward thrash.
