On their 4th 7", Richmond's THE LADIES bring blistering tracks of sleazy and infectious punk-rock gems drenched in early DWARVES worship, with a little extra dose of melody mixed in for good measure. PUNK-ROCK. "trashed" is the 3rd 7" from THE LADIES. Between the previous released 7"s they recorded this item. This one was the catchier of the 2 7's opted for a more bash and crash faster punk sound like the DWARVES, BULEMICS and ZEKE and this record focused more on the band making more rousing catchy punk tunes. Still in the vein of the tunes the band has done to date - its just got this DICTATORS, DEAD BOYS sort of catchy vibe to it, also comparable to the BRUTAL KNIGHTS.

This time around they add more noise with hints of '90s era DEPECHE MODE, especially on lead track “black cat”.
