crucifed by the system (2009/PRANK)
HARDCORE. A re-press of the debut 6 track "crucified by the system" debut 7" from 1984 by Swedish legends AVSKUM. A true to the time, lo-fi yet intense dose of rampaging Swedish hardcore with hoarse vocals, pounding drums and rushing guitars. A near-exact replica of the original 7".
HARDCORE-PUNK. Charged and furious, classic Swedish hardcore carved out of d-beat and DISCHARGE, blasting with hoarse vocals and a wall of guitars. This is the 3rd album by Swedish legend’s AVSKUM, who have existed on and off the Swedish hardcore-punk scene since the early '80s. This full-length is marked with unique twists and turns that challenge and defy the formula while satisfying both fans of the bands old dirgy style "ingen manniska ar illegal".
uppror underifran (2008/PRANK)
HARDCORE-PUNK. Blasting an unrelenting wall of d-beat hardcore, resonating with vitality, "uppror underifran" by Swedish legends AVSKUM is stunningly, their most severe record in the band's 26 year history. An overkill attack of smashing drums and guitar riffage, this 4th album hearkens back to their '82 origins, with a heavy DISCHARGE bent ala ANTI-CIMEX mired with the incomprehensibily raw, blunt and brutal song structures found in the original era of Swedish hardcore punk. The MOTÖRHEAD-ish rock overdrive of their previous releases is still cranked. Slapped in a cool sleeve by Swedish artist Crash Mange.
AVULSION / LACERATION
Blasting metallic grind from Buffalo's Avulsion. Dual vocals fury with heavy grooves & even mosh parts. Laceration are fast paced crusty hc & harsh vocals.
the mirror (2010/TRUSTKILL)
SXE-HARDCORE. AWAKEN DEMONS hail from a beautiful Italian city called Cesena. The album is 10 songs of pure aggression and features guest vocals from Vincent Bennett (THE ACACIA STRAIN) and Karl Buechner (EARTH CRISIS). In their own words AWAKEN DEMON is "a straight-edge hardcore band, who believe in friendship, loyalty and nothing less".
eternal blizzard (2007/SOLAR FUNERAL)
HARDCORE. THE AWAKENING lasted just from 2000 till 2002. This record has 16 tracks in total. Lyrically influenced by the rotting culture and environmental devestation of the mid-west, and musically influenced by mid '90s japanese and scandanavian hardcore and '80s thrash-metal. This postum release includes the "final feast" 7", the "burning wind" 7", the split with VIRGINIA BLACK LUNG 7", and previous unreleased songs from the final recording. Raw, fast and dark hardcore created with the intent to make ears bleed.

the rise of the serpent men (2011/SVART)
CRUST-METAL/HARDCORE. When crustcore and metal began to cross-over, AXEGRINDER were there to lead the way. Their legacy may have been overshadowed by AMEBIX, but their sole album "the rise of the serpent men" remains an undisputed crust-metal classic. Not available either on vinyl or with original artwork since the original came out in 1989, Svart Records now proudly presents a fully restored gatefold vinyl reissue. The album is limited to 500 copies on black vinyl and it also features an insert with lyrics and liner notes.
s/t (2012/LIFE AND DEATH)
PROGRESSIVE-HARDCORE. AXES was found 2009 in near Dresden, Germany. The band combines the attitude of hardcore-punk with the epic riffs and stunning power of stoner- and doom-rock and genres alike. By doing so, AXES is reminiscent of big names like BARNONESS, KYLESA or even early MASTODON. AXES self-titled debut is limited to 314 copies - get it now or never!
AXIS OF ADVANCE
landline (208/GRIEF FOUNDATION)
BLACK/DEATH-METAL. AXIS OF ADVANCE formed from the still-warm ashes of SACRAMENTARY ABOLISHMENT. Picking up right where SACRAMENTARY ABOLISHMENT left off, AXIS OF ADVANCE began their existence with the release of a 3 song MCD of crushing black- and death-metal. With only 500 copies of this 1999 release, it tends to be forgotten in the wake of their more recent releases despite being some of their most vicious and primitive material. Landline features 2 songs that were written for what was meant to be SACRAMENTARY ABOLISHMENT's 3rd album (they also get rerecorded for AXIS OF ADVANCE's debut album "strike"), as well a SACRIFICE cover. Expect nothing less than top-notch apocalyptic nuclear filled blackness!
AXT / BLUTHUF
HARDCORE. After two split 7”´s with FUBAR and WHAT IF GODS LIE comes now a 3rd split 7” from AXT from Neubrandenburg, Germany. Raging, dirty hardcore with some grindcore influences that bring the power you like - 6 short and fast songs in 6 min. BLUTHUF from Berlin, with former AUTORITÄR, EGAL and LAZY MAN'S LOUD members on the flipside deliver their 3 track vinyl debut. You will get diverse fast hardcore with a couple crust influences and german vocals. From chaotic hardcore with smashing breaks and duelling guitars you'll get the whole hardcore scale.
HARDCORE-PUNK. B-LINES follow-up their sold-out debut 7" with 9 more short, sharp odes to awkwardness, alienation, and their hometown of Vancouver. Manic vocals atop perfectly simple and tuneful songs played with a frenzy that lands them in the sweet spot between hardcore and punk. In keeping with their belief that LPs are for prog rock, it's all said and done before you'll have time to conceptualize your next snack. Initial pressing of 500 copies. LP includes a small fanzine of lyrics and art, and includes a MP3 download card.
new american century (2007/625)
HARDCORE-PUNK. After their debut 7” on 625 and 2 split 7”s with DICK CHENEY and BRUCE BANNER finally B.U.S.H. managed to release their debut full-length. These guys play furious and energetic skate- trashy hardcore-punk like in the good '80s. If you like the classic CIRKLE JERKS, BLACK FLAG or JFA you will love B.U.S.H., too! The album includes 14 tracks of hardcore-punk spiced with dusty post-punk influences, a very cool recording and even much better creafted songs than their earlier material. CD version includes the "buy some heroin" 7" tracks.
sao paulo (2007/THRASHBASTARD)
HARDCORE-PUNK. Just right in time for their european tour this great brazilian band got some new crucial tracks to offer. B.U.S.H. (initially meaning BUY US SOME HEROIN) kick down some WASTED YOUTH and JFA-inspired '82 hardcore-punk, mixed together with '60s garage-rock riffs and late '70s punk influences, blending rawness, energy and plenty of guitar licks. If you like the early California, Oxnard bands or you already lost your heart during listening to your old Posh Boy stuff you will love those brazilian guys, too!
new era hope colony (2012/CLEAN PLATE/EBULLITION)
POST-HARDCORE. This is BAADER BRAINS' 2nd, final and posthumous sonic treatise. Bringing to mind the knocked-out-teeth vibe of David Tarling's "nervous breakdown"-era BLACK FLAG production values, and somehow mixed with the highbrow artistry of Windham Hill easy-listening releases. BAADER BRAINS here achieves the equivalent of a ketchup-and-ice-cream mash-up. "the new era hope colony" LP is not only a meditation on our current predicament, but also a beacon of hope looking towards a yet-to-be-determined future. Indeed, with this record the paradoxes and promises of "the incomplete unfinished works..." will finally be resolved. Members of BAADER BRAINS have played in PLEASE INFORM THE CAPTAIN THIS IS A HIJACK, TORCHES TO ROME, STRUGGLE, FUEL, SWING KIDS, SAWHORSE etc.. Vinel comes with a full-colour poster, insert, as well includes a digital download card.
